Katelyn's Room

When I found out I was pregnant with my son Camden, I tried to go neutral (boy/girl) with the nursery. I figured moon and stars would go good for a boy or a girl. We painted the walls blue and my sister and I painted a beautiful border across the top of the room. The room was perfect for Camden. When I found out I was having a girl, I wasn't so happy with my decision. This was my chance to go all out in pink and I was stuck with blue and yellow!!! I ended up working out perfectly. Her room is still painted blue, but the pink accents are perfect for my little princess!!

The Big Day

The big day finally has arrived! Holly looked just like a "princess." Anytime Camden see's a woman in a wedding gown, he says she is a princess. She looked beautiful!! The wedding was perfect, the reception was perfect, and yes, even my son was perfect...Comical, but perfect. He looked so cute all dressed up in his tuxedo. Camden walked, I mean ran down the isle. What can you expect from a 4 year old?? :)

Rehersal Dinner

Holly and Ryan make the perfect pair. They were high school sweethearts and have managed to stay together for the past 6 years while attending colleges in different cities. The big day has finally arrived. Here are some pictures from the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.

Katelyn got to meet his GG and Papa Billy for the first time. We didn't even pull in the parking lot before Papa Billy was out wanting to see Katelyn.

Camden was a ring bearer in the wedding along with another little boy named Landon. I was so nervous!!! Would he be able to stand still though the wedding??? Would he even be able to make it down the isle?? During rehearsal, he was racing Landon down the isle. Guess he has been watching to much of his favorite movie...CARS! Everything is a race to be the fastest!!!

Camden's baseball season 2008

Who needs a rehearsal dinner?

Why not a pig roast! My baby sister got married on the beautiful beaches of St. Crois in May. With nothing to rehearse the night before the big reception, we just had a big beach party at the Harlow's house!! Here are some pictures of the festive event!

Nonna's Reception

In true Shawna fashion, she went off the the beautiful beaches of St. Crois to get married!! Her pictures are absolutely breathtaking!! We had a beautiful reception to celebrate their marriage! I hope it was everything she dreamed it would be....

Little Ogar

When Katelyn was in my tummy, she was in a position where her ear was tucked back and folded. It has made the cartilage very weak and her ear sticks out really bad on one side. Mark calls her his little Ogar. I really didn't see it until I took this picture. It doesn't help that she has Marks big ears too!!! I still think she is beautiful!!

Family Pictures

I can not believe it is 2008!! Hopefully, this next six months will go very fast and this baby will be here very soon. I know without a doubt that this baby will be my last one, so I would like those baby months to go by slowly. I was looking through pictures over the past few years and realized the last family picture we had taken was when Camden was 18 months old. How much he has changed. We decided we would go have one more taken before our family of 3 becomes 4. Here are a few pictures from our photo shoot!!

Christmas Cookies

Every year we have a tradition to get together a few days before Christmas at my parents house to make Christmas cookies together. This year, the boys were making special cookies for everyone. They wanted to sing a song to their Aunt Marti and Uncle Joe, who will be in New Mexico enjoying the nice weather for Christmas this year. We miss you bunches:) Here is a link to the boys special song : http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3501773664629403367&pr=goog-sl

Preschool Christmas Program

I have been so sick with this pregnancy (shocker, since I have not posted anything since I found out). Nothing was going to keep me from seeing my son's first preschool program. I was like a child on Christmas morning all day long. I just kept looking at the clock. He has been practicing at home for weeks. Of coarse, the audience was a little intimidating. Connor and Drayton were a part of the program, they are all dressed up in their winter gear towards the end! They all did so amazing:)
